Admission Confirmation


Applicants can catch the application progress through our online application system. Once the admission is confirmed, advanced payment of tuition fee should be paid in time to validate the following study. Students can pay cash personally at our university or pay through mail transfer and bank transfer. The fee will go directly to tuition fee after registration. If the student quit out the program because of his personal reason, the advanced tuition fee is non-refundable after the semester begins. After receiving the prepayment, the school will prepare for students the Visa Application form (JW202 form), Admission Notice and other documents which will be sent to the address specified in the application before school opens. If applicants want to pick up the admission documents in school, they should mark it out in the application. No application documents can be returned. 

Having got the admission documents, applicants can go to the Chinese Embassy or Administration of Exit and Entry of Beijing Public Security Bureau to apply for student visa (Student should keep the original JW202 and Admission Notice for school registration and apply for visa with the photocopied one). Please come to School of International Education, UIBE to register, sign up, get insurance and pay the total tuition fee according to the dates on your Admission Notice.
