Cultivation Objectives

The aim of this program is to prepare student for international career in financial field with actuarial science and risk management knowledge. Our courses focus on risk management, insurance, actuarial science, statistics and related knowledge. On the one hand, our students are encouraged to be practical talents with the ability of modeling and analysis based on actuarial science and risk management knowledge and instruments, on the other hand, they will become independent scholars researching on actuarial science and risk management frontier.

Specific requirements:

1.    Can have a solid basic knowledge of economics and mathematics, with good scientific knowledge and reasonable knowledge structure.

2.    Can be familiar with risk management and insurance theory and method, understand the world economic development trends and China's economic development situation and the theory of the forefront of the insurance market and the hits.

3.    Can have a high level of computer application and operation skill and use modern computer technology to carry out various types of business activities.
